De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was uitstekend, vooral gezien de locatie. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het strand en op korte loopafstand van het centrum. Ik kon gemakkelijk naar alle bezienswaardigheden en attracties gaan.
Alles was in orde.

This is our second stay at Arcos Rio Palace Hotel. We stayed in room 1104 and it is newly renovated and lovely! We had a clean room, great veranda with a view, and a large new bathroom. This hotel will be really wonderful when it is completely renovated. Until then, ask for room 1104! We also had a great time on Friday and Saturday nights in Lapa, lots of bars, restaurants, and music!

The location was incredibly convenient, with many popular bars and attractions within walking distance. We didn't need to worry about transportation, as there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel and many buses stopped near the venue, making it easy to explore the city at a cheaper cost. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive, promptly fixing any issues we had and even storing our luggage after check-out so we could continue sightseeing before heading to the airport. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with hot water always available. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to satisfy all tastes.
We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

They have no internet access even though they claim to online. The celings are bare because they are actually under construction. Double beds are actually two twin beds pulled together. I would never recommend this hotel.

Great Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. It is also in a safe area, which gave me peace of mind during my stay.
Uncomfortable Beds: The beds in the hotel were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

Not much... Breakfast was good and abundant. Location if ok for those who want to experience local night life, w/ music, many bars and locals swarming the streets to see and be seen, fun .
Rooms are small,no night table/lights,bathroom very small and unconfortable, unpleasant smell coming from outside when ac is turned on. The hotel is being remodeled,so there was dust, ceilings in hallways torn down...and noise.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist was so kind and allowed me to check in early, and even treated me to a complimentary breakfast that day. The location was perfect, right in the center of a lively neighborhood and within walking distance of popular bars and attractions. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and had a variety of exercise equipment, including a treadmill, bicycle, and elliptical. The breakfast provided was better than the typical continental breakfast, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
Nothing, all excellent.

The breakfast was decent with a variety of options to choose from. the gym facilities were also great and I was able to maintain my workout routine. In terms of location, it was situated in an easily accessible area and close to many attractions in the city.
The stay during Easter was a nightmare due to the loud and noisy surroundings. the rooms were not soundproof and I was kept up late at night by outside parties and noise pollution.
